1. The Duly Privilege card is the property of Duly Florist and Enterprise Company and is not transferable
2. This card has no cash or credit value
3. Duly Florist reserves the right to amend or withdraw privileges and conditions without prior notice
4. Use of this card constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
5. The card is valid for two years from the date of issue.
6. Customer has to collect the card at the given address upon confirmation. A delivery fee of $6.00 to $10.00 will be charged depending on location if you require it to be sent to your home/office.
