Delivery Information

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY

For item below S$50, please note that a delivery charge of S$10 will be imposed per destination per delivery date.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free delivery for minimum order of S$50 except Sentosa and Restricted Area (ERP), an additional cost of S$10.00 is to be charged.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

A charged of S$10.00 will be imposed if the delivery is to be within 2 hours upon confirmation. We reserve the right to turn down the request due to unforeseen reasons. In any case, it has to be mutually confirmed over the phone to avoid any dispute.

REDIRECTION OR REDELIVERY

A surcharge of S$10.00 will be applicable for wrong address given or cancellation after delivery has been done.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

Terms & Conditions - Star Rewards
  1. Specific redemption gifts may be collected at Duly Florist. You may redeem other gifts from our website under Star Rewards. The points must be redeemed before their expiry date, or in any case, not more than 12 months after their accumulation.
  2. Redemption gifts are subject to availability and while stocks last, are non-returnable and may be changed with notice. Duly Florist does not make any warranty or representation on any product or service offered as redemption gift. If you received a faulty or damaged redemption gift, you must inform Duly Florist immediately.
  3. Points are awarded for qualifying purchases at Duly Florist under conditions stated by Duly Florist from time to time. Points are only valid when Duly Florist records them against your account after being notified. You may redeem other gifts by phone, fax (form to download from website) or on-line (if you have an account).
  4. For redemption of Duly Star Reward Gifts, customer has to collect at the given address. A delivery fee of $6.00 will be imposed if you require it to be sent to your home or office.
  5. Duly Florist reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any redemption gifts or recall the redeemed gifts if Duly Florist has any reason to suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated by you or wrongly recorded.
  6. Duly Florist may use any of the information in your account for marketing purposes.
  7. Duly Florist may change or add to these terms. Duly Florist may also modify, suspend or terminate the Star Reward programme or replace it with another programme. Duly Florist will notify any such change directly to you at your account address.

  8. All Privilege Buys are subjected to availability and on a first-come-first basis.
  9. Our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
  10. All prices quoted include free delivery islandwide except Sentosa Island (incur a transport charge). Free delivery is applicable to a minimum purchase of $50.00 and above. Discounts are only extended to Corporate agreement, promotion, membership etc.
  11. Payment is acceptable through Visa/Mastercard,American Express & corporate cheque. All our transactions are billed with accuracy due to automation.
  12. To confirm your order, we will acknowlege either by phone or electronically within 24 hours. If any item is unavailable, we will message you for further action.
  13. All our goods sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.
